I’m vacationing here in El Salvador, which is beautiful by the way, and got a stomach bug. I came to the pharmacy to seek treatment. I met with Dr. Cuellar who explained what was going on with me and gave me a shot on the spot. He then prescribed some meds that I got on the spot. Within an hour I started to feel better and the meds really did the trick. Good as new within 24 hours. In the states this quick treatment is unheard of and would cost a small fortune. Very grateful to Dr. Cuellar and his staff for their service.
